Depart from your Watamu hotel in our custom 4x4 safari Landcruiser. Watch the sunrise over coastal forests as you head inland towards Tsavo East.
Gate Entrance & Morning Game Drive
Enter via Bachuma Gate. Begin scanning the red dirt roads for lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalos, and the majestic red elephants of Tsavo.
Lodge Lunch with Waterhole View

Pick-up from your Watamu hotel begins at 5:00 AM. This early start ensures you reach Tsavo East's Bachuma Gate by 8:30 AM — perfect timing for the most active wildlife hours of the morning.
The price covers all park entry fees & taxes, a private 4×4 open-roof Landcruiser, a professional English-speaking guide, a buffet lunch at Voi Safari Lodge, mineral water in the vehicle, and hotel pick-up/drop-off.

We recommend neutral-toned, lightweight clothing (khaki, olive, beige). Bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera with a zoom lens, and binoculars. Closed-toe shoes are advised for any walking sections.

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a 90% refund. Within 14 days, bookings are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, with the full balance due 14 days before your safari date.
Tsavo East is a year-round destination. The dry seasons (January–March and July–October) offer the best game viewing as animals gather around water sources. The green season brings lush landscapes and excellent bird watching.
